Vaginal dryness is a common problem encountered by many women immediately after their menstrual cycle. There are many lubricants available to reduce the discomfort.
Mood swings are also a common problem during periods. These are possibly caused due to the hormonal changes that take place during pregnancy. You must try to be stress free generally and importantly during your periods. You can share some of your duties with others. It is also quite necessary to be physically active too. This will ensure that you have a good night’s sleep.
